Hi @tommcgee, a business account isn’t required if you simply want to display your Instagram posts on your website. I do see Instagram posts embedded on your page – did you find a solution or is this still an issue you’d like us to help with?
I switched over to a different plugin (Smash Balloon’s), and it started working again.
I tested it again just now:
1. De-activate Smash Balloon
2. Activate Spotlight
3. Refresh page
Error messages appear. Then:
1. De-activate Spotlight
2. Activate Smash Balloon
3. Refresh page
It all works again.
Spotlight had been working fine for months, it just all of a sudden broke earlier this week. I didn’t change any of the /Instagram Feed blocks on the page when I activated Smash Balloon, they just worked.

That’s quite strange, thanks for letting us know, @tommcgee. We haven’t changed anything which should cause this to happen so we’ll investigate further from our end. If you ever want to switch back to Spotlight, please let me know and we’ll be happy to help you investigate further.
@tommcgee I’ve noticed similar issues popping up lately. I think with every new Instagram update there is a change that affects some of the plugins.
@vanessa6297 we’re not aware of any Instagram updates that should affect this, but we’re keeping an eye out and taking a look at the situation to see if anything stands out.
If you encounter any issues yourself, please open a new support thread and we’ll be happy to help you.
@markzahra thanks for the update. So far with the settings change the feeds are loading properly.
Great, thanks for letting us know, @vanessa6297.
