FREE and super-easy to use

These guys have nice copy on the WordPress plugin page — and I value being able to skim through a product preview and be able to make a decision quickly. I picked Backup Migration, installed it, and found the user interface to be self-evident. I configured my backup settings and had my whole site backed up in about 5 minutes. Live logging is brilliant so I see what’s happening in real-time. Overall EXCELLENT.
