Free Activate

Hopefully someone can help out w/o a fuss since I am SUCH a noob it’s stopping me from seeing the problem right in front of my face. I have nothing, no domain no word press download basic posting thing or anything. So either the PlugIn just doesn’t work for me or I’m not doing something right. Or if it’s something to do w/ the theme I’m using. I can’t get the file that you download to upload so that maybe the problem. Oiy I so confused. 🙁
