Fraud Screening Help

Hello,

I’m interested if there is an existing fraud screening tool, and I was curious if anyone knows any available plugins for WooCommerce, or if I can tweak an existing one?

Here is my specific need:

Is there a way check each order against a database of names and addresses I supply? If it detects the order from this similar information (name, or address, or another country), it would proceed with the order, but flag the order for me to review and possible record the purchaser’s IP address?
