# Fraud!

 * The plugin (Pro version) used to work good for about 5 years. After trying to
   upgrade to the premium API nothing is working.
 * Activation is not working, activation key is invalid, there is no support. You
   can not use the plugin, you can not ask for help.
 * Now I can NOT use the Pro plugin, Premium API, and there is no support.

 * Great, you are alive. Then please answer to the support tickets:
 * Ticket#NXS317800 (opened: 2018-08-07 09:53:59)
    Ticket#NXS123999 (opened: 2018-
   08-11 12:40:15)
 * and answer with anything useful. There was a reply from your side for the first
   ticket on 2018-08-13 15:22:52, however it didn’t help at all and my reply was
   sent on 2018-08-13 15:37:55.
 * Also, Pay Pal case ID PP-007-206-931-182 is opened since Sunday, 12 August 2018
   at 06:13:50
