 * I have wp.php within a iframe, and would like to know what to change/add to make
   it so when you click the title, it can bring up and new window or atleast stay
   in the same window, but be full sized (outside the iframe)
    I know the target
   =_blank, but since this is php, I’m clueless as what to use LOL. Also, thinking
   of maybe add the side menu to wp.php too, which means they would need the same
   option. Is there something to add to the page to make all links open outside
   the iframe? Sorry, if that is totally impossible and sounds stupid, but I can
   only hope right? LOL

 * `<base href="" target="_parent" />` might help
