    By enabling the “Dynamically display the most relevant payment methods you’ve enabled” under the Advance Setting, it shows an FPX option on the Checkout page. However, it doesn’t work and says the payment method is invalid error.

    How is this supposed to work?

    Hi there!

    I understand how confusing it can be to see the FPX option appear but then get an error when trying to use it.

    By default, the Stripe extension does not support the FPX payment method. Could you please confirm if you are using any other plugin to enable FPX as a payment option?

    Please note that when you enable “Dynamically display the most relevant payment methods you’ve enabled” under the Advanced Settings, it only changes the layout of how the available payment methods are displayed on the checkout form. It does not add new payment methods such as FPX.

    Additionally, please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status

    Hi, thanks for the prompt reply.

    No, there is no other plugin that has enabled FPX payment option. There is webtoffee installed but deactivated.

    I can see the following entry in the System Status details:

    Enabled Payment Methods: card,fpx

    Can you access your Stripe dashboard to check whether FPX has been enabled as a payment method there? If it is enabled, please consider disabling it, though it would be worth checking whether your business may be using that payment method outside of the Stripe plugin context before doing so.

    Thank you for sharing the system status report. Everything appears to be fine in the report. To assist you further, could you please confirm if the FPX option disappears after unchecking (disabling) the optoin “Dynamically display the most relevant payment methods you’ve enabled” under the Advanced Settings?
