Found bug.. need to re kick startup cycle again to fix it..

while creating my own website I .. found a bug.. hope this might help you improve..

after plug in starting during first configuration of service – if we do not select location and provide address details , means without a location delivery modality.. after plug in install while creating new services the location modality option doesn’t show, ideally it should create setup for all modalities during the first config of service irrespective of option selections with some defaults where the option is not selected.. ..

I am looking for a quick way how to fix this with less efforts .. otherwise if will have to revert back to old backup and reinstall other plug in too..

what I need is to switch off the flag that retains start up config is done or somehow kick back the first service creation loop again to fix it..
