Forwarding specfic posts to new hosted blog

I had a wordpress.com hosted blog, and I just started my own self-hosted blog. I paid the $10 and got my blog forwarded from the old wordpress site to my new domain. I also copied over my old posts to the new site.

However, WordPress doesn’t forward the specific posts. When one of my posts from the WordPress hosted blog turns up in a Google search result, clicking on the link just results in a “page not found” message: http://wereoutofheredc.com/2009/06/03/destination-our-video-of-gravity-hill-pa/ The specific post does not forward to my new site.

How can I fix that? Can I get individual posts to forward to my new domain? Thanks so much.
