    Currently you I only receive emails they have sent that were reply’s. New emails from that client are not auto populating. So is their a way to forward an email to a customers account?

    When an email is being sent to a contact or customer from their profile, it gets a token and the reply gets to that specific contact/customers profile.

    However, if someone email directly, it would not get any token and hence, it’s not possible to forward it to any certain contact or customer profile.

    For the direct emails, an admin needs to check his/her inbox.
