Hi @babrees,
wpForo works fine with such parameters of server. I think this is not a wpForo issue. Some plugin or the active theme conflicts with wpForo plugin. Please try to disable all plugins and check it again. Also, deactivate wpForo and activate it back.
Thank you. Yes, I have found that it now conflicts with WPViews by Toolset, which is very difficult as that is important to the site. So, two important plugins that are conflicting :'(
Do you work with other plugins to try and stop conflicts?
Hi @babrees,
We recommend find your error log file and report the errors here and in WPViews by Toolset plugin support forum. We’ll check and find which plugin is the problem maker. wpForo only works on one page of your site, but the WPViews works on all your pages, so the conflict point from wpForo is very small, that’s why we recommend contact to WPViews developers and exclude their functions from that one wpForo page. They can detect wpForo page using this condition:
if( is_wpforo_page() ){
//exclude WPViews by Toolset
}
Do you mean an error_log file in the root of the site? If so, there is none, so no errors reported. Or do you mean one somewhere else?
Yes, I did contact Toolset support. They setup a local test install, but could not reproduce the problem :'(
Everything worked fine Saturday evening; Sunday morning wpForo had stopped working. I know that the site was upgraded to latest version of php recently, but not sure exactly when, which is why that was my first thought.
