    I’m very interested in your Enterprise and Lifetime plans but genuinely concerned with the mixed reviews and lack of a support ticket system or even a support forum. Is there a reason why it was shut down or did it get moved? I like what I am seeing with IgnitionDeck features but very hesitant to move forward. Hope for some reassurance here, thanks.

    No worries, @ehong33234! IgnitionDeck is alive and well, we just converted our forums to read-only about a month ago to streamline our support to resolve some of the issues that people have been having with our response times.

    We’re now responding to all support requests within 1 business day on our email support channel at rather than the variable response time that had on the forums.

    For the Enterprise Plan, is there a way to set PAYOUT minimums for campaign managers? For example, set a limit to $100 so their campaign must reach $100 before a payout can be initiated. If this is an option, is it as easy as changing a setting in the master admin dashboard or is it a setting we need to do in Stripe/Paypal?

    Also, when will Multifondo theme be released? Currently shows “pre-order”.

    Regarding payout minimums, it’s a little more complicated than just using the administrator dashboard, unless you’re able to use the project’s funding goal instead. If you can’t use the funding goal, then you can pre-auth the payments then capture them manually once they reach your desired minimum.
