forum question deleted….

i’m new to this style of asking questions in a “forum”… so i’m looking for some help or advice. i’m not a web designer or anything and i’m pretty much a beginner at web stuff. i had a question about a pinterest button thing that wasn’t working so i looked around and couldn’t find an answer so i posted the question here, on the support forum. after a week of no response, i re-posted the question adding PLEASE HELP.

i just got a notification from a no-reply wordpress email that i can’t post questions twice and that my question got deleted.

so where do i go for help?
