Forum notifications with duplicate MIME mail header

    I’ve recently noticed that mail coming from the WP forum notifications has a duplicate MIME-Version: 1.0 email header. This causes SpamAssassin to throw a duplicate header error.

    I’m guessing that the script that sends the notification is adding this header that is now being added by php-mailer.
