# Forms that keep data (replacing Excel shared sheets)

 * Hi,
 * I’m looking for a solution to replace the traditional shared Excel document. 
   The document is just used to record “yes/no” answers to content, and it has no
   formulas.
 * I want it to look more “neat” too- not just something like wpData tables.
 * I need a plugin like Form builder or Gravity forms that actually keeps the data
   there (for logged in users).
 * Does anything exist to do this?
 * Thanks
