# Forms Not Working And Will Not Save Elements

 * Even since I added SSL and updated the plugin it hasn’t worked properly. Here

 * I love the builder and it seems to work fine on my other sites, this is the only
   one giving me troubles at the moment. Any help is greatly appreciated?

 * Fields seem to be saving, but every time I click to save them it appears that
   it is constantly updating and when I try to see entries it won’t allow me. Also
   when filling out the form on the front end it does not process or send the information.
   I’ve tested it in the past and everything worked for a while.

 * I had the same issue. It looks like the problem was that I’d disabled the visual
   editor. (I had a js error that said:
    [Error] ReferenceError: Can’t find variable:
   tinyMCE before (edit.min.js, line 1) (anonymous function) (admin.min.js, line
   2) dispatch (load-scripts.php, line 3) handle (load-scripts.php, line 3)
 * ht_merchant, if you disabled the visual editor as well, you may want to try turning
   it back on while using the forms
