# Forms Not working

 * I have used MailPoet on a number of sites, and it always works well. However,
   I installed it on a new site yesterday, and I cannot change the form. Cannot 
   change name, add fields, have the labels in the imput field nothing.

 * I have now tested MailPoet with the basic form that is provided, just the email
   field. I am still having all the issues listed above.
 * When I hit submit I get an error:
 * Oops! There is a problem with this form:
    …………………………………. textStatus:error ………………………………….
   errorThrown:Not Found …………………………………. responseText:
 * The page header and secondary menu are removed from their place at the top of
   the site, and are displayed in the in the sidebar below the above mentioned text…

 * I am wondering if this can somehow be something related to the host. It is one

 * Also, I am using plugins I have used with Mailpoet before. However, to be sure
   I deactivated all of them. The issues were the same.

 * The issue is caused by the hosting company, here is their response.
 * “We installed a Mod_Security for increasing the security of our servers. It is
   an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits
   and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications. Its
   activity may cause such issues from time to time, when requests sent to the server
   match with mod_sec rules. Sometimes such requests are false-positive.”
 * They are in the process of correcting the issue now.
 * I just tried it. Their fix worked.
