Support » Plugin: Form Maker by WD - user-friendly drag & drop Form Builder plugin » Forms not displaying – just the shortcodes

  • Resolved Toby

    Hi folks

I have a bit of a problem with my forms not displaying on my website. The web page just displays the short code, and not my survey.

I have tried different types of quotation marks “ , making sure they are not styled in WordPress. (I use the plugin, Always-Edit-In-HTML), but alas this hasn’t worked.

I have tested another plugin NinjaForms which provides a short code on my contact page, and this seems to be displaying properly.

    Please can you help?
