 * Forms that are successfully submitted by the Contact Form 7 plugin are not being
stored by the Contact Form to DB.
 * When viewing the CFDB page in the admin it just says “No form submissions in
   the database”
 * The forms are mailed successfully. I can’t find them anything in the WordPress
database but than again I’m not sure were to look.
 * The install is hosted on WPengine. At this moment I can’t test it localy as do
   to unrelated issues.
 * I did notice the issue few weeks ago and few updated to both plugins have occurred
since than but non fixed nor broke the plugin as far as I know.
 * Everything is up to date, plugins and systems.

 * If WPEngine uses WordPress multisite, then CFDB will not work. It doesn’t work
   with multisite.

 * No multisite setup on the install in question. WPEngine creates dedicated containers
   for each install.

 * OK.
 * Stuff I should ask for due diligence:
    – Ensure the plugin is enabled – Check
that in the CFDB Options page the setting for capturing Contact Form 7 forms
is set to true. It should be true be default.
 * Assuming the above is true, then I’m not sure what the issue is.
 * If the plugin cannot create its wp_cf7dbplugin_submits table during its initial
installation, then it will fail. Check if that table is there. (“wp_” in the
table name might be different for you).
 * In the CFDB Options page, there is an option to designate a file to write error
output to. If you can indicate a file on your server and be able to access it,
then you can see if the plugin is reporting an error.
