Forms look all differently through the website

    Any idea why form input look differently on different pages? In the CSS sheet we set the input to the style we want but they still look different. Any idea what may casue this?

    We tried to edit the CSS to no success. We are using BlankSlate theme but the this theme does not overriding the generic woocommerce form style.

    Is there any way we can style this form table to look more organized? We tried to use Inspect Element and it still make no changes.

    Please assist.
