Forms for tax service

Hello everyone,

I am currently building a WordPress site for a service including tax
return preparation. For this in essence the following features are
required:

1. Completion form by client after logon. When completing form each tax
year, the permanent details of client (e.g. name and age) should be filled
in automatically.

2. Client should have access to tax return and assessments placed by
service provider after logon at client section (so, a CMS that is
accessible by client itself?)

3. Client should be able to make payment for the service provided through
its own section after logon.

Perhaps WordPress has the plugins that I need? I am aware of Ninja forms and their possibilities. Thanks for your response and kind
