• My problem is similar to this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/form-not-showing-up-4?

In testing with client they had a HS form that was mandatory on their end for some tracking data but not use within the GF. In order to complete the integration test I needed them to clear the Mandatory HS field which they did.

However, we were unable to get the HS form fields to refresh to properly reflect that change back in GF. We tried

      deactivating / re-activating plugin.
I disconnected and had them go back in and re-validate
tried deleting “forms” file from upload as suggested>

None of this works. Looks like this is a show stopper as this client occasionally will change fields on the HS forms as we work through the integration and the caching issue is killing us.

    Thanks

I should add that this site is hosted on WPE and we are testing on a cloned instance of the site that is hidden from the SERPS otherwise I would provide you with a link. If you want to check it out, ping me and we can connect and I can provide you with temp log-in info.

BTW – I made a copy of the gf_hubspot_cache folder with the manifest before I deleted the forms file – so if you want to take a look at that just let me know how I can get it to you ?
