Forms fail to submit on mobile with no wifi

    Hello –

    It has been brought to our attention that our contact form, http://bit.ly/2a1ydO6, is not submitting on mobile devices when they are not connected to a wifi network, but does submit when the phone is connected.

    When the mobile device is not connected to wifi the spinning arrows do show up, but remain on the screen, and nothing ever happens.

    Any thoughts or suggestions of the cause or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
