Hi, I have the correct login info in CC. And when I go to CC Forms it says “The Constant Contact API plugin must be configured properly before using the Form Generator.”

And I can’t get the widget to show up on my page. Help!

I was having the same issue. Have you tried logging into Constant Contact on its website? It turns out that my client’s account had been locked for some reason.

Hi, thanks for responding. I can login to CC so that isn’t the problem.
