forms changed to http from https

Hi

I am seeing this

[FIXED] Element: <form> - https://example.co.uk/join.html => http://example.co.uk/join.html

when Force SSL Exclusively is on.

I’ve had to turn it off for now so my whole site is https after visting my https pages.

hopefully this is a bug.
