If it’s different host than WordPress.com but you are using Jetpack, can you check in it’s “Performance” settings if there’s an option enabled to speed up loading of JS/CSS (or, otherwise, “static files”) and if so – disable it, clear all caches (including ClouFlare) and check site again? * 3. I’ve disabled all optimization apps to see what might have caused it. Here’s a [Screenshot](https://ibb.co/23jvWnv) of what I am seeing. * The forms have already started to show with Jetpack and Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster plug-ins activated though.
