    Hi guys! I need to create a special form like this (http://www.pickitup.com.ua/order). I mean when User fills all the fields, he can ADD AN ITEM to this form, fill these fields and ADD AN ITEM to this form. I dont know how to realize it and cant find any plugins which can have this function.
    Is it a script or html?
    Anyone knows how to do this? Thanx
