So when I attempted to approve some forms that had been submitted to my site this morning not only was the user interface all messed up and the display all out of whack, but the approve button was not working either. Obviously this is not what the plugin should be displaying like and not how it should be performing. Before you ask I have been using this plugin as it stands since February and have not made any direct changes to it or the website in regards to the theme or the plugins being used. I believe it is your theme. It does appear that you are using the latest version( 1.0.4), so if this version is still using jquery migrate you need to contact your theme developer to request a fix. * You can confirm it is the theme or not by temporarily switching to Twenty Twenty and testing to see if the issue is resolved. * Please let me know if this helps. * Thread Starter [Richard Bishop](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kombear/) * (@kombear) * [5 years, 9 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forminator-malfunctioning/#post-13298975) * Okay so I Tried switching the themes as instructed and that did not solve the problem. So the next step will be to check the plugins. Which apparently maybe came from an update to one or the other of the 2 plugins. IDK. The name of the problem child was Wpide that can be found here [https://pluginarchive.com/wordpress/wpide](https://pluginarchive.com/wordpress/wpide) and was made by [http://www.wpsites.co.uk/](http://www.wpsites.co.uk/) Id been using it for a while but it’s gone now and the problem seems to be resolved.
