    Hi Team,

Hope you are doing fine. I had used forminator to create two forms for my v4v.ae website. However initially, after some days of proper usage, I have started getting a lot of complaints that my form is not getting submit and keeps loading forever after submit button click. I have tried all possible options but this behavior is still there, sometimes it is working fine, and then sometimes it is getting stuck.

Would require your help with this. Thank you

    Hi @mbilal95

    I hope you’re well today!

I think you’re using Litespeed cache on site and most JS/CSS is also optimized/minfied by it too. This might have some impact on forms.

    Could you please try this:

    1. purge all cache on site and I think there should be an option to regenerate optimized assets (if there’s none, disable any JS optimization options temporarily just to test) – try it to see if it helps, especially if there’s been some updates/configuration changes made to the site recently

    2. in form’s “Behaviour” settings section there’s an option to switch on/off “Load form using Ajax” and to “Prevent page caching of form pages” – try “playing” a bit with these options to see if you can find a working combination (I’m not suggesting any specific one as it’s often individual to specific site and what works well on one site might not work good on a different setup, hence “experimenting” with it).

Give it a go, please, and let me know if it helps or if there’s still an issue.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Recently, I had tried the last option remains at form behaviour settings i.e “Load form using AJAX” and after enabling this option, forms have been submitting smoothly. Note that I have “Prevent page caching on form pages” option already enabled and I didn’t want the page to reload every time after submission as it pops the users to the top of the page instead of submission message after each submission which is against our business requirements.
However, I will consider the purging option if the problem still persists. Thank you

    Hi @mbilal95

I hope you are doing well.

The prevent page caching sometimes won’t prevent the script optimization too, you can check the caching / optimization plugin to exclude the jQuery-core file from optimization, this can help to avoid some issues.

    Hi there,
I re open the ticket because I have the same problem.
My forminator form is taking a very very long time to display. You can test here https://www.taxi-sante.fr/reservation-taxi-conventionne-annecy/
    I’m using Lite Speed Cache.
I have tried what you mentionned above.
Tks a lot for your help

    Hi @manuarmand,

Could you please open a new ticket with us regarding this, so that we could give a closer look regarding this on your website?

Trying to troubleshoot on a different users ticket will only cause more miscommunication. It would be better to start a fresh thread regarding this for your website.
