Some providers (hosting providers or e-mail providers) are restricting e-mail sending if there are some inconsistencies in headers. The registrations are not being delivered to the email address provided. The (Forminator) flag only means that it was Forminator plugin that the e-mail was coming from. But it could as well be any other message. * It basically means that your account at SendGrid is restricted to a limited number of e-mails that can be sent per day and that this limit has been reached.
