 * Hi [@user1111](https://wordpress.org/support/users/user1111/)
 * Hope you are doing fine!
 * Just to make sure I understand your request…
 * > I am setting up a quiz and want a specific email to be sent to each of the
   > answers.
 * … do you mean to send a notification/email to the users answering the quiz?
 * Also, based on the answers you provide, we’ll need to perform a further check
   in the form and notifications settings. Please help us sharing the form export
   so that we could review the existing settings.
 * Please take a look at the following doc on how to export a form:
   [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export)
 * If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can
   duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
 * You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services
   in the next reply.
 * Looking forward to your response.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Luis

 * Hi Luis
 * There is an automatic admin email, saying a quiz has been summited. This is working
   fine.
 * Now I want an automatic email to be sent to the user. So if it’s personality
   a, they should get a personality a email. if it’s personality b, they should
   get a personality b email. if its personality c, they should get a personality
   c email. Different emails based on their answers. i have set this up but it doesn’t
   seem to be working.
 * I am a bit confused with the documentation. It says next to the export option
   coming soon and wont let me download anything.

 * Hi [@user1111](https://wordpress.org/support/users/user1111/)
 * Thanks for response!
 * If it shows “coming soon” for export, it would mean that you already have “Lead
   collection” enabled for your quiz (those quizzes currently cannot be duplicated
   or exported yet).
 * But this, together with additional information from your response, also means
   that we most likely won’t need to check the quiz. It clarifies the goal enough
   🙂
 * So here’s what you need to do, assuming your quiz is already fully configured
   and it does show “lead capture” form (so grabs user e-mail address):
 * 1. go to quiz “Email notifications” settings section
 * 2. you already have an “Admin Notification” there so you will also need additional
   notifications for your users
 * 3. click on “Add email notification” and
 * a) in “Email” section give it a label (this is internal, for you to recognize
   which notification is which) and set “Subject”
    b) in “Body” field put your message
   and use {quiz_result} placeholder there if you want to include quiz results as
   they are defined in quiz. c) switch to “Recipients” tab, click on the “+” icon
   and select email field from the list (most likely it will be email-1) d) switch
   to “Conditions” tab and add following rule
 * “Send this email if All”
 * and for condition
 * – in “Field” drop-down select first personality
    – in “Condition” drop-down select“
   is final result”
 * e) click “done” and then “add”
 * 4. repeat step 3, adding as many such notifications as you have personalities
   created; just use a different personality in sub-step “d”
 * 5. once it’s all done, simply update the form and that’s it.
 * Best regards,
    Adam
