Formatting tray and screen-options-wrap disappear

    When Tweet My Post is activated, the formatting tray and the screen-options-wrapper on the crate-post page are no longer displayed.
    Especially the former is very annoying and makes Tweet My Post unusable for anything but tweeting scheduled posts while I’m on vacation.

    EDIT: This happens both in Firefox and Safari.
