Formatting Outbound Text Version of email

    How do I format line breaks into the text version of the email sent out when the form is submitted by the end user? If I try to send HTML, the spam filter goes up on our Bluehost account and keeps the message from arriving. The text version is fine, other than it’s all smushed up into a single paragraph and there are no line breaks wheree we would like them.
