Formatting or Editing a Directory Listing.

    Hi Bob,

    Sorry you ran into issues here.

    When you say “formatting” in this case–which specific field are you trying to format?

    Also, do you have the setting turned on to allow for HTML in that field under Directory Admin->Manage Options? Some fields support using HTML (such as the long description field) but it must be explicitly enabled to be visible, as this is a security risk. We fixed this a few revisions back, but if you haven’t upgraded in awhile, this might be new behavior to you.

    Thanks for your help, you were right in surmising that I had not turned on the option to allow HTML.

    I have also asked the same question on your website I will close that one as well.
