• Our company blog is via WordPress and I’m attempting to post some new blgos. When I create the blog within the WordPress editor, I’m able to incorporate all the formatting, which looks fine within the editor. However, as soon as I save and preview, all the formatting is lost – bullet points disappear, the colored hyperlinks do not show up, and the text-wrapping around images are no longer there. I’m not sure if this is something our IT team needs to fix from our end – they could not find the source of the problem. Please help.

    Thank you,
    Jennifer

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
