Formatting issue desktop, different formatting issue mobile

I’m running Magazine Basic 3.0.4.

First, the mobile issue:

In an earlier version, I was able to disable mobile viewing so the site would appear the same way on smartphones as it does on desktops. However, that is now not the case.

I have searched this forum for help, and there was only one other post on the topic and no one had answered it. If it is a dumb question, please be polite and show us our idiocy and point us towards the answer. It is absolutely critical that both my sidebars are visible adjacent to content in the mobile version.

Secondly, on my site, using the theme options in the menu, I simply can not get everything centered. Take a look at LynnHappens.com and you will see it’s all slightly off-center. I’m a little too ocd for this not to drive me nuts. What should be the fix for this issue, is not actually fixing it.
