  • Hey Irakly,

    Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any methods that would allow you to rearrange the order of review content. If you’d like to see us pursue this as an enhancement, please submit a feature request at https://lifterlms.com/contact and we’ll get that added to our backlog.

    If you’re not happy with the CSS associated with the review I’d recommed writing some custom CSS to change the general look and feel of them. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that everything LifterLMS adds to your website is going to match *every* theme available. There are just too many WordPress themes in the world for us to be able to guarantee full visual compatibility with every theme.

    If you need some help, you can hire a developer from our friends at Codeable to do some minor customizations for you at an affordable price. Head over to https://lifterlms.com/codeable to get a quote.

    If there’s anything else I can help with though, please let me know.

    Take care,

    I brought this up because it happens with a theme recommended by LifterLMS.
    Probably I was not clear as to what I wanted: no need to rearrange content. Formatting is off, and it looks like a bug.

    Is this something that a customer has to write CSS for or hire a developer? Really?

    Hey Irakly,

    I’m sorry we made a recommendation back in November of 2014 that isn’t holding up today.

    We’ve released a good deal of new features between the blog post announcing the release of LifterLMS 1.0.3 (http://blog.lifterlms.com/version-1-0-3-now-available/) where we recommended this theme and today.

    Specifically, Reviews *did not exist* for another 9 months or so when we released version 1.3.0.

    I apologize that we haven’t updated this blog post. And I also apologize for not even being aware of it. I’ll make sure that blog post gets updated to reflect the current state of LifterLMS and, today, it sounds like we shouldn’t be recommending this theme. Things change quickly on the internet. It’s hard to maintain compatibility. I have no idea what Moesia has done it the past 18 months and we shouldn’t be expecting their changes to stay in sync with ours.

    Please try adding the following custom css to your child theme or by using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    To resolve the visual issue you’re seeing with our review fields:

    .review_box input, .review_box textarea { display: block; margin-bottom: 10px;}

    The border and rest of the style of those fields are determined by Moesia and if you don’t like those styles please customize them to your heart’s content but those styles are NOT defined by LifterLMS.

    Take care,

    Thanks Tom, it worked.
