Formatting Imported XLSX Date

    Hi,

    Searched the TablePress support but cannot find anything that will dynamically resolve a date formatting issue (from importing an XLSX), without having to save to CSV and import – or edit the SQL table, or manually edit every record (not ideal).

    Anyone managed to resolve the ISO date formatting please, such as example:

    FROM: 1999-02-08 00:00:00
    To : 1999-02-08

    Could start to look at the PHP code but rather use the Custom Commands if possible.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, using the CSV save/import way is the only solution that I’m aware of here, at the moment.
    Now, the external XLSX importer is constantly being worked on by its developer, so maybe this behavior will change in the future, so that the pure dates will be imported.
