Formatting errors when I preview | WordPress.org

Hello!
I am attempting to get a post ready to go for tomorrow but when I preview it, the formatting of the post changes significantly from how I have it laid out on my post writing screen. Many of the paragraph headings do not centre, and space which I have left between list points is eliminated. Can anyone offer advice?

Here is a test post. I found that only the heading fonts will not center. If I use paragraph font, it centers for some reason. Also the pages are fine, only happens on posts.

Where would I put this? It shows up as written into my post rather than formatting anything. I’m obviously inserting it incorrectly.

Either in a Child Theme styles.css or Custom CSS in Customise>Advanced Options
