# Formatting buttons don’t load

 * Hi,
 * I’m using your TinyMCE Widget with the Page Builder plugin to get a WYSIWYG editor
   in the widgets area. Unfortunately it doesn’t load when I click on the widget,
   I need to click on the HTML tab and then back on the Visual Editor tab to get
   the formatting buttons.

 * I tested it on Mac OSX Mavericks with WP 3.8.1 in the newest Versions of Chrome,
   Safari, Firefox and Opera and it’s everywhere the same …

 * Hello Chris,
    are you using the latest versions of both plugins? I am not getting
   the problem you reported with BS TinyMCE Widget 1.3.0 and Page Builder 1.4.3.
   Does the problem occur even if you disable all the other plugins except those
   two?

 * I had only installed the two plugins in their newest versions.
    I worked locally
   when I ran into the problem I mentioned before—now I tested it online and it 
   works like a charm! Do you know of the problem when working locally?

 * Which os / software are you using to run your local environment?
    I’d suggest
   to take a look to your browser javascript/error console when the issue occur.

 * Maybe it’s a problem with PHP 5.5? Are you able to test locally with PHP 5.3 
   or 5.4? Which version of PHP do you have online?
