 * I am currently using advertising manager to use in conjunction with adsense on
   my site at [http://www.kingtockers.com](http://www.kingtockers.com).
    Every time
   I must type in the code for an ad on top of my post. How can I firstly default
   this to happen ? I also notice adsense only allows 3 ads per page so that when
   my posts are longer than 3 the space left for the advertisement comes out as 
   blank. How can I default this so as no blank occurs on each page after the initial
   3 posts ??
