    When new users sign up for free website on my wordpress mulit-site, they’re asked the following question:

    Select the type of blog you would like to create

    then there is the option:

    Default
    Unformatted Site, best for advanced users who already have experience with WordPress.

    How can I create formatted sites?

    And in the place it asks them to:

    Select the feature set you want for your blog:

    How can I create features?
