    Hi,
I’ve search thouroughly through the forum, seen some related messages but not exactly mine and found no aswers to guide me.
Is there a possibility of enriching text in the “short descritpion” displayed on the hover effect ?
My main problem is introducing line break, i’ve try to use html <p> or <br> but on saving the editor erase them (they’re absent when I edit a second time).

Strangely enough the &ensp or &nbsp tags do work fine

I’m new to WP and the plugin, thus I might very well be missing some basics like some introducing tagline to be able to use html or the necessity of another plugin or some activated option in some general settings.
I manage html, thus if it’s possible to add it to the description, I should be able to “enriched” my text enough.

Please, be kind enough to consider my request 🙂
I can’t provide a link cause I’m trying to develop my site on a local server first

    Have a good day

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. I hope you’re doing well.

It was working previously, but after our recent security update, we restricted the use of any tags in the title or description fields. However, since we’ve received several requests for this feature, we’ve decided to allow it again — this time with proper security measures in place.

We’re currently working on it, and it should be available in the next release of the app. I’ll keep you updated once it’s live.

If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Richard

    Hi,

We’ve fixed the issue and released the latest version of the plugin (v9.10.5). Please update the plugin to the new version. If you still experience any issues, please let us know.

    Note:
If you need to use inline styles, please use single quotes (‘ ‘) instead of double quotes (” “).
    Example:

    <span style='color:red'>Hello</span>

    Best regards,
    Richard
