 * Hi – Thanks first of all for a great plugin.
 * I only need to track one parameter, as I am using this to track on which button
   someone clicked (and where that button is) and include it in the E-Mail.
 * We are using an HTML Template for our CF7 Mails and the table with the UTM infos
   is not included in-line. In fact, I would preferably like to include for example
   utm_source as a label within the e-mail.
 * Is this possible?
 * If not, could you let me know how I can center the table that is sent at the
   bottom of the mail? Is it possible to only show the one utm_source parameter
   and hide the rest?
 * Thanks in advance for your help!
 * Kind regards
    Mark
