# Format with defaults button not working

 * Hello! I just bought the premium version of this plugin (the 5 site license) 
   and the “format with defaults” button is frustratingly not working.
 * Is there a general format so that I can export the generated datasets, fix them
   with the correct format, and then re-upload so the green checks appear?
 * I’m trying this on two sites. One is my old vintage site with over 10k generated
   entries.

   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
