Format Toolbar Missing on Pages and Posts

    Gone to add new page and noticed that the toolbar to do all formatting is completely missing

    Also checked several other WP sites of mine (the are all v new – just getting started in development) and the same is true

    Searched google where I found this site and have…

    1 – Deactivated all plugins
    2 – Changed theme back to twenty eleven

    Result is nothing changed

    Now at a loss as to what to do and why this has happened!?!?!?!
