Format text in Write Post

  • Hi,

I’m missing a function that I had in one of my other wordpress blogs. In the Write Post page it was possible to do format text and insert images without seeing the code. It looked like a normal texteditor like word. In my new blog I can format the text but I see the code and I can’t insert images in the text. What am I missing? Do I have to activate some rich text editing somewhere? Am I missing some plugin in the new blog?

    The old blog is v2.0.4.

    Kind regards
    Martin

  • Hi again 🙂

Found a option in the old blog that was activated called:
“Users should use the visual rich editor by default”.

Is it possible to activate this in the new version? I can’t find the option 🙁

I got it to work in IE but not in Firefox. Why could that be? I only see two tabs, Visual & Code. Doen’t matter what I choose. The toolbar workes fine in FF on my other WP blog.

Btw, got to work in IE by activate rich text editing under my profile in WP 🙂
