Format Issues

Hi,

I am having a problem with the format of my PDF Invoices. It is formatted incorrectly and the text is overlapping with one another (please see image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Kou6THMV93cra2vm6uvK1LE0O_kSPNCO/view?usp=sharing ). When I open it via. Adobe Acrobat, it comes up with a pop-up saying ‘The font ‘OpenSans-Bold’ contains a bad /BBox. But this incorrect format is also being produced when I download the PDF via the WordPress admin platform/WooCommerce. When I try to send it via email to users, this format is also coming up.

How do I fix this issue? I have checked my memory limit and it is 256M. When I tried this plugin through my staging website it seemed to work fine – it is only now that my website is live that the invoices are formatting as such.
