# Format issue with website

 * This morning I made an edit to my website About Us page. I’m not a word press
   expert and I used the Block Editor to edit. All I did was update a few words 
   in text. Very simple and I don’t know what happened but now my site is formatted
   incorrectly.
 * I tried to restore from back-up but of course that didn’t work either. We just
   switched hosts to Go Daddy. I don’t know if we didn’t set back-up settings correctly
   but that didn’t work either.
 * any help the forum provides is appreciated.

   Your problems are probably caused by the files with styles which did not load
   correctly. This is why the layout has all changed. You can try reinstalling the
   theme to fix this.

 * How do I reinstall a theme? I can’t contact their customer support because we
   don’t have a subscription. The Theme was purchased by the web developer who we
   are no longer working with. Another thing I tried the “Update Plugin” option 
   and received an error message. About not having an updated API Key? thanks for
   your help.

 * Which plugin are you trying to update? What other plugins do you have?
    The error
   in your styles says that you don’t have a style.less file at `/home/customer/
   www/lusterstone.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/langwitch/design/css/style.
   less`. Can you check what files you have in the following folder: `/home/customer/
   www/lusterstone.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/langwitch/design/css`?
 * If the folder accidentally got deleted, you can add the contents back. You will
   need to download the free theme from [https://www.ait-themes.club/wordpress-themes/langwitch/](https://www.ait-themes.club/wordpress-themes/langwitch/)(
   you will need to register there).
 * I strongly recommend you to regularly create backups of your site. There are
