Format issue when adding products

    Hello,

    I have researched this site for solutions, but I was unable to find it. I am uncertain if I am to post separate issues or not.

    My website was built by someone and I was provided instructions on how to update/change certain things. Recently, I completed updates, which messed everything up and I was unable to access the website, dashboard, etc.

    After a little bit of research, I was able to fix some areas and the person who built the website fixed the rest. I’ve tried reaching out to this person again, but I’ve gotten no responses.

    Current issues:

    Currently one product is added and it looks ok. When adding the 2nd product, the format gets all messed up. Instead of the thumbnail showing, all the product info shows.

    Another issue I am having is from the Dashboard, I cannot access Product>Categories. I get the following error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/07/10759707/html/wp-admin/edit-tags.php on line 241

    Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.

    What version of WordPress?

    What theme (and version)?

    What plugin for the product (and version?)

    WordPress Version: 3.5.1

    Theme: Ecommerce WordPress Theme Version 1.2.0

    Plugin: I am uncertain, so I’m going to list all the Active ones…Akismet (v 3.0.1), Events Made Easy (1.4.6), Quick Cache (v 140725), Ultimate Coming Soon Page (v 1.10.2), Widget Logic (v 0.57), Woocommerce (v 1.6.6), Woocommerce Delivery Shipping Method (v 1.0.1), and Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping (v 2.0.4)

    I seemed to have resolved the issue by restoring the file to an earlier date.
